Advanced Moulding and Foundry Equipment
DISA offers a comprehensive portfolio of green sand moulding systems, encompassing vertical (DISAMATIC®), matchplate (DISA MATCH), and horizontal (DISA FLEX) technologies. The DISAMATIC® vertical moulding machines are celebrated for their high speed, achieving up to 555 moulds per hour, ideal for high-volume, high-precision casting. DISA MATCH provides flexible, flaskless horizontal moulding with rapid pattern changes, suitable for short to medium runs. The DISA FLEX offers a traditional horizontal flask moulding approach, tailored for high-quality, medium to heavy near-net-shape castings.
Beyond moulding, DISA provides a range of automation and processing equipment, including advanced sand preparation plants, cooling drums (DISACOOL), and various sand mixers. Specialized automation solutions such as the Automatic Core Feeder (ACF), Automatic Filter Setter (AFS), and Automatic Pattern Changer (APC) enhance productivity and safety. The DISA GRIND offers automated grinding to replace manual processes, improving consistency and reducing labor.

In collaboration with Norican Digital Lab and AI partner DataProphet, DISA delivers class-leading Monitizer® digital solutions. These tools support the entire digital journey, from data collection (Monitizer | DISCOVER, Monitizer | CIM) to AI-driven casting quality optimization (Monitizer | PRESCRIBE), compatible with diverse foundry setups and vendor equipment. Complementing this is DISA Trace and Guidance (TAG), which provides full casting traceability by assigning a unique ID to each casting, linking it to specific process data to eliminate scrap and uncover insights for quality improvement.
Aftermarket Support and Sustainability
DISA ensures continuous operational excellence through extensive aftermarket services, including full service and maintenance, operator training, and a global spare parts network. Equipment Modernisation Packages (EMPs) offer upgrades for existing machines, such as HMI and PLC kits, Melt Overflow Covers (MOC), and Shuttle Cooling Conveyors (SCC).
