The innovative ALCONEX GOLD® is a UL-certified electrical insulation film, available in thicknesses from 2 to 10 mil, offering high dielectric strength of 5,700 volts/mil. It is recognized for low voltage (240°C) and medium/high voltage (220°C) applications, leading to cost savings, reduced unit size, and increased efficiency in applications like Down The Hole Pump Motors and High-Temperature Coils.
The company also supplies Aluminum 1350-O magnet wire, known for its excellent electrical and thermal properties, being 66% lighter than copper with 62% conductivity.
