Products and Services
Beneke Wire Company specializes in manufacturing aluminum wire, rod, and bar across all aluminum alloys, including heat-treatable and non-heat-treatable options. Products are available in diameters ranging from 1/16' to 7/8' (1.59 mm – 22.23 mm), with screw machine stock offered in 1/8' to 11/16' (3.18 mm – 17.46 mm) diameters and lengths up to 14 feet (4.27 meters). Continuous coils are supplied on carriers up to 1500 lbs (680 kg). A variety of specialized finishes are available to meet specific application needs, such as lustrous (oxide-free for cold heading), chrome-like (cosmetic), defect-free (minimizing imperfections), white satin (for heat-treated cold heading), bright (for close tolerances), and oil-free finishes (for lubrication-sensitive applications). The company provides comprehensive engineering assistance, including on-staff Metallurgists and an Advanced Product Quality Planning program, to ensure optimal material selection.
