Sapa Acciai's new warehouse is now fully up and running following the completion of the expansion announced in recent months. The facility strengthens the company's logistics capabilities, improving the efficiency of wire supply management for the spring manufacturing industry and beyond.
The new logistics hub takes center stage during the ANCCEM visit
The new facility will be among the highlights of the technical tour organized by the Italian Spring Manufacturers Association (ANCCEM), scheduled for October 1 and 2. The event will give participants the opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the operations of some of the leading companies in the spring manufacturing supply chain.
On the first day, October 1, visitors will tour Sapa Acciai's headquarters in Cusago (Milan) including its 7,000 m² covered warehouse. The visit will showcase the solutions implemented for inventory management, material traceability, and efficient logistics operations. Equipped with Industry 5.0 automation systems, the warehouse represents a strategic asset supporting Sapa Acciai's investment plan to deliver faster and more efficient service.
From Italy to the Czech Republic: exploring the supply chain
The tour will continue on October 2 in Lovosice, Czech Republic, where participants will visit the facilities of KOS Wire, Sapa Acciai's long-standing partner and trusted supplier.
The initiative will allow participants not only to discover Sapa Acciai's latest logistics developments, but also to gain a closer understanding of its direct relationship with one of the company's leading steel wire manufacturers.
