Products and Capabilities

This extensive capability ensures full production control. Various coatings are provided, including copper, lime, soap, wax, and Miraflex, a proprietary cold-heading lubricant. Wire sizes range from .050″ to .644″ DIA, in annealed, cold reduced, or heat-treated conditions, with cold drawn (CHQ), Seamsafe, and centerless ground finishes. Bar products are typically .250″ – .516″ DIA in 10’ – 12’ lengths, with Seamsafe condition options.
