Production and Metallurgy

Production capabilities include vacuum furnaces with capacities up to 550 kg and 1700 kg, alongside machinery for conventional machining. SCHMELZMETALL Hungária KFT. is dedicated to the production of HOVADUR® B alloys, equipped with a 10 kg vacuum furnace for test casts, an in-house forge, and heat treatment capabilities. This site features open die forging with two hammers, offering strike powers of 750 kg and 1000 kg.
