ABS launches a new e-commerce platform for special steels with immediate availability

ABS Acciaierie Bertoli Safau has officially launched www.absservice.it, a new e-commerce platform dedicated to special steels with immediate availability. The portal, at the moment available only in Italian, is designed to serve the network of Italian metalworking companies and SMEs seeking greater flexibility and direct access to high-performance steel grades.

Accessible upon registration, the platform positions itself as the first steel e-commerce solution in Italy able to guarantee real-time product availability and a fully online purchasing process, without quotation requests, commercial negotiations, or intermediate steps. The model aims to bring greater speed, transparency, and simplicity to a sector still largely based on offline procurement processes.

Rolled and forged special steel bars ready for delivery

Through the new ABS portal, users can purchase online a wide range of rolled and forged special steel bars, including carbon steels, case-hardening steels, and quenched and tempered steels, available for immediate delivery.
