Products and Services
Airco·Fin's product range primarily focuses on critical components for air-cooled heat exchangers. The company offers a comprehensive selection of finned tubes, including L, KL, LL, G (embedded), and Extruded types. These finned tubes are manufactured from various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, nickel alloys, copper, and copper alloys, with tube lengths ranging from 200 to 22000 mm. For instance, G-Fin technology ensures optimal heat transfer up to 400°C, while Extruded fins provide full tube coverage. Additionally, Airco·Fin supplies high-quality aluminium louvers that comply with the API 661 standard. These lightweight louvers feature PTFE bearings for a lifespan exceeding 30 years and are made from extruded aluminium for superior corrosion resistance, offering both manual and electro-pneumatic automatic operation. The company also provides aluminium tube supports, designed to meet API 661 and ISO 13706 standards, with common sizes kept in stock for quick delivery, and offers the option for pre-installation on finned tubes. To facilitate rapid fulfillment, Airco·Fin maintains a substantial stock of over 1000 tonnes of plain heat exchanger/condenser tubes of European origin.
