Products and Services
Magrenko offers a diverse portfolio of engineered components, including steel pressings, tubular components, various clips (such as Button Clips, MagClip Anti-Rattle Fence Clips, Gravel Board/Fence Clips, and Cable Retainers), brackets, spindles, wire forms, and a range of springs (torsion, compression, extension, and clock springs). Specialized products like the MagClip fence clips are designed to enhance fence panel stability and security, while cable retainers manage wiring. The company also crafts a broad spectrum of general metal clips, clasps, catches, latches, clamps, and spring clips.
Manufacturing Capabilities
The company's manufacturing expertise encompasses a wide array of processes. Its power presses range up to 160 Tonne capacity, supported by automatic material feeds, semi-automatic, and hand presses. Magrenko provides cutting and end finishing, utilizing CNC machines for profiling, cutting to length, and threading components from 10mm to 150mm diameter. Automatic saws handle materials up to 200mm diameter, including carbon, aluminium, and stainless steel. Threading capabilities extend to external forms from 1/8' to 2' (BSPP/NPT/BSPT) and internal threads. Additional services include forming, swaging, metal fabrication (welding, precision laser cutting), and subcontract finishes like heat treatment, galvanizing, and powder coating. Magrenko also offers in-house product design, development, and prototyping services.
