For welded tubes and pipes, Hisar Metal Industries offers products in 200, 300, and 400 series stainless steel, with OD ranging from 4mm to 100mm and thickness from 0.30mm to 2.50mm, available in lengths up to 12 meters. These products adhere to national and international standards such as ASTM A-249, A-312, and A-269. The production process involves advanced TIG/Plasma/Laser welding, followed by comprehensive treatments like solution annealing, straightening, pickling, passivization, polishing, and hydrostatic testing to ensure quality and durability. The company operates 6 tube mills, 3 straighteners, 2 furnaces (BA and solution annealing), 1 polishing line, and 1 hydrostatic test line.
