Products and Technical Capabilities
The company's product portfolio includes an extensive range of threaded socket set screws, covering the four classic ISO points (ISO4026, ISO4027, ISO4028, and ISO4029), alongside custom-designed special socket set screws. ARSER also manufactures hexagonal keys, available in both standard and special lengths, and threaded stud bolts. Their expertise extends to working with various materials such as hardened steel, A2 and A4 stainless steel, hardened AISI 420, brass, and aluminium, offering specific hardnesses beyond the standard 45H.
Manufacturing and Quality Assurance
ARSER's entire production cycle is managed from its Zola Predosa facility in Bologna, Italy. This plant houses over 40 specialized machines, all designed and developed in-house, complemented by two lines of heat treatment furnaces that enable the production of specialized hardnesses. The company emphasizes a robust quality framework, including accurate raw material selection, advanced production technology, in-house heat treatment, and multiple quality checks such as in-line SPC and camera sorting machines. Full traceability of production batches is maintained, ensuring consistent product integrity.
