Accurate specializes in providing customized component manufacturing solutions, offering a range of precision-engineered parts. Their core product categories include precision turned components, cold forged parts, stampings, and sheet metal fabricated components. Specific products manufactured encompass millions of lubrication fittings (including grease fittings), bleeder screws, inserts, pins, adapters, and strut parking components. The company also produces specialized parts for textile machinery, such as twisters and spinners. These components are supplied to diverse sectors, including automotive, non-automotive, off-road industrial applications, and textile machinery. Manufacturing Capabilities and Quality Assurance
Accurate operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility equipped with modern machinery, including 6-station bolt formers with thread rolling attachments (up to 16 mm diameter, 125 mm length), multi-spindle automats (Davenport, Wickman, Acme Gridley), single spindle automats (Ace, Doosan, LMW, Hi-life, Master, Parishud), CNC turning centers, and vertical machining centers. The company boasts a dedicated press shop with power presses ranging from 20 to 300 tonnes for high-precision stampings. Production rates can reach 105-210 pieces per minute for turned parts and up to 1500 parts per hour for stampings. Materials processed include carbon alloy steels (CHQ quality), carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminium. Accurate also features an in-house automated zinc plating plant with a capacity of 3,000 Kgs per day, offering trivalent-yellow passivated components with a minimum 8-micron thickness, ensuring RoHS compliance and hydrogen de-embrittlement capabilities. Quality assurance is maintained through ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 certifications, supported by a well-equipped gauge room and advanced testing facilities like XRF and salt spray chambers.
