Goss Springs produces over 365 million parts annually, encompassing a wide array of specialised spring types including compression, extension/tension, torsion, conical, barrel, double torsion, and double conical springs, alongside bespoke wire shapes. Capabilities extend to diameters from 0.1mm to 8mm for springs and 0.15mm to 4.00mm for wire forms. The company works with diverse materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, non-ferrous alloys, nickel silver, silver, gold, thermo-bimetals, and high nickel alloys. Goss Springs offers comprehensive design and prototyping services, collaborating with customers from initial concept to material selection, heat treatment, and surface finishing to ensure robust and cost-effective components.
