International Springs And Stampings Private Limited (ISSPL), established in 1967 in Thane (Mumbai), India, is a prominent manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of industrial springs, washers, stampings, and assemblies. Founded by Mr. Jayantilal Gala, the company initially focused on disc springs and washers. Under the leadership of Mr. Sumit J Gala, ISSPL introduced CNC machinery, expanded its operations with new facilities in Thane and Bhiwandi totaling 1,05,000 sq. ft., and successfully entered international markets. The company has continuously invested in modern manufacturing methods, technology, and infrastructure, including advanced heat treatment, in-house laboratories, and coating plants, solidifying its position in the Asia Pacific region and globally.

ISSPL offers a comprehensive range of precision-engineered components. Key products include Coil Springs (Compression, Extension, Torsion, Hot Coiled, Garter, Spiral), Disc Springs (DIN 2093, Plain Ball Bearing, Slotted Ball Bearing), Belleville Washers (DIN 6796, DIN 6908), and 'Lock-Rite Washers©' (Wedge Lock Washer DIN 25201). The product portfolio also encompasses Wave Spring Washers, Serrated Safety Washers, Tooth Lock Washers, External Teeth Washers, Flapper Reed Valves, Curved Washers, Shim & Support Rings, and Flange Bolting Washers. These components are available in various materials, including high carbon steel, stainless steel (300 series, 17-7 PH), spring steel (50CrV4, CK75), and exotic alloys like Inconel X-750/718, Nimonic 90, Monel, Hastelloy, and Beryllium copper. The company also provides a range of coatings such as Mechanical Zinc plating, Geomet, Dacromet, Nickel Plating, Powder coating, and Epoxy painting.
Manufacturing Excellence and Quality Assurance
ISSPL operates with an ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certified quality management system. Its manufacturing capabilities include automatic spring coiling up to 8.0mm wire diameter, semi-automatic cold coiling from 8mm to 22mm, and hot coiling from 22mm to 70mm, enabling the production of springs up to 70mm wire diameter and 500mm OD. The company maintains an extensive stock of raw materials (450 MT) and over 30 million standard washers and springs, facilitating prompt delivery for both small and large quantities. In-house testing facilities, including load testing up to 100 tons, Junker testing, salt spray testing, and metallurgical analysis, ensure product quality and compliance with international standards like DIN and IS.
