AET offers a versatile range of single screw extruders, available in screw diameters from 1 inch (19mm) to 15 inches (381mm), including standard and intermediate sizes to optimize output and cost savings. These extruders are built with high-quality, ultra heavy-duty components and incorporate the latest technological advancements to meet specific production requirements. A key feature is their design to accept other manufacturers' screw shanks, enhancing interchangeability. Specialized Extrusion Systems
For demanding applications, AET provides heavy-duty Hot Melt Extruders, Mixers & Systems, ranging from 4 inch (100mm) to 15 inch (380mm) screw diameters. These systems are engineered to pump pre-melted materials from various sources through pelletizing or shape dies, featuring oversized custom feed openings and optional ram feeders for challenging materials. Furthermore, AET's 'ADVANTEK' series offers high-capacity sheet extrusion systems for materials like APET, CPET, PP, PS, PE, and ABS. These custom-designed lines ensure high product tolerances and production rates, with roll diameters from 10 inch (254 mm) to 36 inch (914 mm) and widths up to 140 inch (3,556 mm). They are available in mono or multi-layer co-extruded configurations, featuring heavy-duty frames with precision alignment (up to 800 PLI roll pressure), quick roll change mechanisms, proprietary hardened roll designs for maximum heat transfer, and 'INTELEX' Custom HMI PLC control systems.
