Products and Services
Hitesh Steel specializes in a diverse range of metal products, including copper and copper-nickel alloys, and stainless steel refractory anchors. The company offers various copper tubes, available in seamless and welded forms, and different tempers (soft and hard). These tubes adhere to international specifications such as ASTM B75, B88, and B280, and are supplied in multiple grades like Type K, L, M, DWV, ACR, and Medical gas. Applications span water conveyance, HVAC systems, and refrigeration. Hitesh Steel also provides copper-nickel alloys, particularly 90/10 CuNi and 70/30 CuNi, known for their biostatic, antimicrobial, and superior corrosion resistance properties in marine environments, heat exchangers, and desalination plants.
Additionally, Hitesh Steel manufactures and exports stainless steel refractory anchors. These anchors, crucial for industrial furnaces, kilns, and reactors, are produced from various alloys including stainless steel (grades 304, 310, 316, etc.), Hastelloy, Titanium, and Nickel alloys. They are available in V and Y shapes, among others, designed to support refractory linings in high-temperature and chemically aggressive conditions. The company maintains a significant ready stock of these anchors, serving industries such as steel, petrochemical, ceramic, cement, thermal, and power.
Manufacturing and Distribution
With a production capacity of 800 Kg per month for cold-drawn tubes (12mm to 108mm OD), Hitesh Steel offers custom manufacturing for larger orders. The company is also a stocking distributor for globally recognized manufacturers like Outokumpu, Nippon Steel, VDM Metals, and Jindal Stainless, enabling them to provide a comprehensive range of materials and solutions.
