Interpipe is a global manufacturer of steel pipes and railway products headquartered in Ukraine. The company operates through three main divisions - Steel, Pipe, and Railway Products - comprising five high-efficiency mills that enable quality control at every production stage.
The Steel Division includes Interpipe Steel, the largest electric steel-melting complex in Eastern Europe with a production capacity of 1.32 million tons of round steel billets annually, and Interpipe Vtormet, one of Ukraine's largest scrap-processing companies. The steel-making facility represents a $1 billion investment featuring innovative technologies and strict environmental standards.
The Pipe Division manufactures seamless and welded pipes through Interpipe Niko Tube and Interpipe NMPP. The product range includes casing, tubing, line pipes, and premium connections for the oil and gas industry, as well as pipes for mechanical engineering, construction, and general applications. The company's products comply with international standards including API 5CT, API 5L, and various European norms.
The Railway Products Division, operating under the KLW brand, specializes in manufacturing railway wheels, axles, and tires for freight cars, passenger trains, and locomotives. The production facilities can manufacture approximately 240 types of railway wheels and 80 types of tires.
Interpipe markets its products in over 50 countries through a network of sales offices in key markets across Europe, North America, and the Middle East. The company employs approximately 9,500 people and maintains high standards of quality management, environmental protection, and occupational safety through various international certifications.
The company demonstrates strong commitment to sustainability through its modern electric arc furnace technology, which has reduced CO2 emissions by 10 times and natural gas consumption by 8 times compared to traditional methods. Interpipe also maintains active engagement with local communities and implements various corporate social responsibility initiatives.
