Iracroft offers a broad spectrum of metal fabrication and finishing services. Its tube forming and bending capabilities handle sizes from 4.76mm to 76.2mm (3/16' to 3'), utilizing multi-stack equipment for complex designs. End forming services cater to international standards, including 37, 45, and 90-degree flares, as well as expansion, reduction, tapering, beading, and thread rolling. The company's welding expertise includes 32 automated Orbital-TIG stations, producing over 1 million welds annually with endoscopic inspection, alongside MIG/MAG, TIG, Force Arc, and Root Arc technologies. Precision brazing is also offered for various metal combinations.
Machining capabilities feature multi-axis CNC milling, achieving tolerances of +/- 0.05mm or less for complex components, and CNC turning for high-performance parts. Iracroft's in-house saw cutting processes over 40 tonnes weekly, handling diameters up to 127mm (5 inches) with integrated deburring and rust preventative treatments. Metal finishing services are extensive, including one of the UK's largest automated dip electroplating systems, capable of processing parts up to 4.75 meters in length with zinc coating and trivalent/hexavalent chrome passivation. State-of-the-art powder coating services ensure consistent colours and durable finishes.
