The fabrication process incorporates advanced techniques such as pulling tee legs and bending up to 180 degrees, utilizing micro plasma, orbitally controlled pulsed TIG, and standard welding equipment. All fabrications undergo hydrostatic pressure testing and thorough cleaning as part of their standard procedures.

A notable innovation from Lancashire Fittings is its patented SnapKwik® fitting system, which is WRAS approved and new to the European market. Designed for the mechanical installation industry, SnapKwik® offers a unique joining solution for stainless steel pipes, addressing common challenges associated with existing systems. Key advantages include burr-free tube cutting, producing two joints per cut, incorporating two seals for enhanced security, and being demountable and re-usable. The system eliminates the need for hot work during joint preparation or assembly, allowing for bench preparation and a simple push-together action for in-situ completion. It also accommodates angular misalignment and simplifies pipework modifications due to its rotatable and demountable design.
