Trafileria Ceruti, founded in 1960 by Cavalier Attilio Ceruti, has evolved from a small drawing mill into a significant manufacturing facility covering 20,000 square meters. The company specializes in producing cold-drawn alloyed and micro-alloyed carbon steel tubes in compliance with European norm EN 10305.
The company manufactures two main types of products: seamless cold-drawn steel tubes (EN 10305-1) with external diameters ranging from 20 to 245 mm and thickness from 2 to 25 mm, and welded cold-drawn precision tubes (EN 10305-2) with external diameters from 20 to 230 mm and thickness from 2 to 15 mm.
Their products serve three primary market segments: mechanical applications, hydraulic applications, and automotive applications. For mechanical applications, they produce precision tubes with close dimensional tolerances and various heat treatments. In hydraulic applications, they manufacture cylinders with different internal and external allowances, including specialized versions for grinding, rolling, and chrome plating. Their automotive segment caters to transmissions, safety components, and axle and suspension systems for vehicles.
The company employs modern production systems with ISO 9001:2015 certification and maintains a sophisticated testing laboratory for quality certificates according to EN 10204.
