Advanced Processes and Materials

For anilox rolls, Ceramco offers LaserCell laser engraved ceramic anilox rolls, providing precise volumetric control (measured in BCM) and customizable cell patterns (45°, 30°, 60° orientations), which are unconditionally guaranteed. The company also excels in achieving specific surface finishes, from high roughness values exceeding 500 Ra for traction to mirror finishes as low as 4 Ra.
