Company Overview
Giovanni Anceschi SRL is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality thread rolling dies, catering to a wide array of industrial applications. Based in Sant'Ilario Milanese, the company is recognized for its expertise in producing precision tools essential for the fastener and metalworking industries. Anceschi's commitment to quality is evident in its ability to meet both standard and highly specialized production requirements.
Advanced Die Solutions
The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of rolling dies designed for various thread forms, including standard unified and metric, as well as custom-engineered special forms based on customer specifications or samples. These dies can be supplied with advanced surface coatings and are manufactured from differing grades of steel to optimize performance for specific thread rolling needs.
Anceschi's product line includes cylindrical dies, suitable for thread rolling machines with an outer diameter up to 380 mm. These are utilized for in-feed and through-feed thread rolling, incorporating annular ring dies for bars with corrected pitch and combined helix. Beyond thread rolling, cylindrical dies also facilitate the production of straight and diamond knurls and can be adapted for special processes such as profile burnishing and screw straightening.
For larger-scale applications, planetary dies are available, designed for machines with a segment outer diameter up to 600 mm. These are crucial for thread rolling of bolts, screws, studs, and nails (with annular ring or helical forms), alongside knurling operations. Furthermore, Anceschi produces flat dies tailored for the thread rolling of various machine screws, pointed screws, self-tapping screws, wood screws, and screws for chipboard, in addition to knurling and ogive point screw production.
