Deepak Fasteners Limited (DFL) is recognized as India's largest industrial fastener manufacturer and the proud global owner of the esteemed Unbrako brand. Established in 1958 by Mr. Kailash Chandra Kalra, DFL has grown significantly, acquiring Unbrako, Durlok, and Sel-lok from SPS Technologies in 2008. This acquisition marked a pivotal step towards its vision of becoming a world leader in designing, manufacturing, and marketing premium industrial fasteners with an extensive global distribution network.
The company operates five high-tech manufacturing plants across India and Ireland, supported by warehouses in the UK, Australia, and the USA. Deepak Fasteners' products are integral to critical engineering structures worldwide, including prominent projects such as the Delhi Metro, Mumbai's Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Melbourne's AAMI Park, London Heathrow T5, and Spain's Torre Caja Tower.

Deepak Fasteners offers a comprehensive range of industrial fasteners, encompassing standard and customized solutions. Their product portfolio includes Socket Head Cap Screws, Hex Bolts, Hex Nuts, Washers, Structural Assemblies, and specialized fasteners for Stainless Steel and Petrochemical applications. Noteworthy offerings include Durlok® self-locking, anti-vibration fasteners, and various structural bolts like System HR, System HV, and Tension Control bolts, manufactured to meet or exceed international standards such as DIN, ISO, ASTM, IS, and BS.
DFL excels in providing a variety of in-house specialized coatings designed for specific environmental protection. These include Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG), Mechanical Galvanizing, Zinc/Zinc-Nickel Electroplating, PTFE, Geomet®, Delta Dorken®, and Unbrako Wiscoat. HDG offers long-term barrier and galvanic protection, while Mechanical Galvanizing provides uniform, room-temperature application, ideal for high-strength fasteners to prevent hydrogen embrittlement. Zinc Electroplating is utilized for corrosion resistance and aesthetic finishes, with a rigorous post-plating de-embrittlement process.
