Hiltex Semi Products, founded in 1987 by Pieter Hildering near Amsterdam, is a specialized manufacturer of insulation products with over three decades of expertise in producing collars and discs for the semiconductor industry. The company has established itself as a key supplier to major semiconductor producers and equipment manufacturers since the 1980s.
The company's flagship product is their ALF (Alumina Fiber) technology, which consists of continuous alumina-silica fiber (72% Al2O3 and 28% SiO2). This innovative material is produced through a sophisticated dry-spinning technology and contains only three core ingredients: PVA (polyvinyl alcohol), alumina salt, and silica. ALF products can withstand temperatures up to 1395°C (2543°F) while maintaining strength and flexibility.
Hiltex Semi Products offers a diverse range of products including:
- Automotive windshield processing components featuring 7-micron fiber sleeves for tempering processes
- Semiconductor industry collars and discs, both in ALF and Quartz variants
