The Bright Bar Division produces stainless steel bright bars through processes such as heat treatment, cold drawing, peeling, and centerless grinding, utilizing equipment from international manufacturers like Schumag and Kieserling. The wire drawing facility, Isinox Steels Ltd, manufactures stainless steel wires from 0.9 mm to 8 mm in diameter, with a growing capacity of 600 tons per month. The company also offers a specialized product, DURA550 Stainless Steel Rebar, a high-strength ferritic stainless steel (Grade SS 410L / IS 16551:2017) designed for durable concrete structures, offering superior corrosion resistance for construction elements exposed to harsh environments. The company produces various austenitic, ferritic, and martensitic stainless steels tailored for applications in construction, chemicals, food-processing, electronics, and automotive parts.
Manufacturing Capabilities and Quality Assurance

A state-of-the-art Continuous Bar and Rod Rolling Mill from Pomini S.p.A. These labs are equipped for comprehensive testing, including radioactivity checks, chemical analysis (spectrometer, wet analysis, automated gas analyzer), mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, impact), metallurgical testing (inclusion, microstructure), and non-destructive testing (magnetic particle, fluorescent liquid penetrant, ultrasonic). The company is committed to environmental responsibility, aiming for 'Zero Discharge' at its plants, minimizing its carbon footprint by using recycled raw materials, and implementing primary and secondary treatment systems for fumes, effluent treatment plants, and certified solid waste management.
