Van Steel is a specialized manufacturer of tungsten carbide dies and tools for cold forming applications. The company was established in Erba (Como, Italy) in 2015 by Cav. Albino Vanossi, who personally trained his collaborators, passing on his extensive experience. Today, the company combines solid expertise with a strong focus on technological innovation.

Van Steel’s activities are based on three operational pillars: consulting, research, and development. Continuous staff training and the use of state-of-the-art machinery ensure on-time deliveries, high quality standards, and competitive prices. Each die is manufactured through a structured process including tungsten carbide core grinding, alloy steel casing assembly, hot shrink fitting, wire EDM machining for shaped profiles, and cylindrical grinding for round dies.
