Diversified Product Portfolio
The company's extensive product range includes various steel and aluminium offerings. In steel, key products comprise NEUCOLOR+ and JINDAL SABRANG colour-coated coils and sheets, known for enhanced aesthetics, durability, and corrosion resistance. NEUCOLOR+ offers a 15-year warranty, utilizing advanced SMP, SDF, and PVDF coatings, while JINDAL SABRANG features a 7-year warranty and Zinc/Alu-Zinc protection. Jindal India also produces hot-dipped galvanized steel sheets and coils, adhering to international standards like JIS G3302 and ASTM A653, and cold-rolled steel with precise thickness control down to 0.10 mm, produced on 6-Hi reversing mills.
Advanced Engineering and Specialised Applications
Jindal India's pipe division offers ERW/HFW steel tubes for mechanical, general, water 'n' sewage, and structural applications, alongside API pipes designed for high-integrity oil 'n' gas transmission. These API pipes, manufactured with solid-state HF welding, meet stringent standards like API 5L/5CT and are available with FBE, 3LPE, and internal epoxy coatings. The company has also expanded into swaged tubular poles (STPs), which are manufactured from their ERW pipes and benefit from a 13M zinc galvanizing tank, one of Eastern India's largest. Furthermore, Jindal India is a producer of aluminium foils, capable of rolling to exceptionally light gauges (7-12 microns, with plans for 4 microns), serving diverse packaging needs with alloys such as AA1235 and AA8011. The JINDALUME product offers an advanced alloy coating of aluminium, zinc, and silicon for superior corrosion resistance and heat reflectivity.
